Super Soul Flow is a 6-week immersive, in-person experience designed to gently guide you out of creative blocks, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt—and into a space where expression feels natural, safe, and even joyful.
This isn’t about being “good at art.”
It’s about reconnecting with the part of you that already knows how to create.
Through a powerful blend of guided art, storytelling, movement, and playful exploration, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, release internal resistance, and access your intuitive, heart-led creativity. Each session is intentionally designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and free to express without judgment.

or you’ve simply never given yourself permission to explore it…
